Refund Policy

Amaral Holdings, LLC offers many different software, educational courses, live trainings, and digital products to clients each of which have their own refund policies. Some purchases (such as live trainings) come with a NO REFUND policy given the amount of time energy and skills that go into creating and hosting live events. Other products carry a 30 day or 60 day money back guarantee.

Any product or affiliate product sold by or on behalf of Amaral Holdings, LLC will have the refund policy stated CLEARLY on any sales material along with a link to this page prior to purchasing. All order forms and checkout forms will also clearly indicate our refund policies and link to this page here for further reference. Refund requests for affiliate products should be submitted directly to that affiliate based on their policies and procedures. Please check the policy for the product with its source provider.

How To Request A Refund

Each product also has it’s own support email address provided to you upon purchasing. This is provided both in the members area and on your order notification email receipt. You will need to contact that specific email address within the given time frame (list above) to request a refund on your purchase.

If you can’t find the proper email address please contact us at support@AHMarketingHub.com for assistance with determining the party to submit your request to for a refund. All requests must be made via email so they can be properly dated and documented.
